Wellness Expert & Program Designer
Sarah Lynes is a highly trained Wellness Specialist who inspires clients with the codified Mindful Wellness 360 technique involving breath work, calming movement, and mindfulness to improve overall quality of life. Within all of our services clients will leave de-stressed and refocused, which in turn improves their morale and creates positive culture. Within our extended curricular programs Sarah will educate clients in the codified Move, Breathe, Live methods that will focus on enhancing the overall work environment for all stake-holders.

"During 2017-2018 school year after attending the Mindful Wellness 360 training I implemented the “Mindfulness and Meditation” program with my 8th period Chinese III Honors students. My students felt that the mindfulness meditation was very beneficial and helpful as it impacted each of them differently. The impact on them was immediately evident to me each day in class. They came into class after a long, exhausting and academically stressed day. The few minutes of mindful meditation techniques used each day immediately gave my students a chance to recharge and let go of much of the day’s stress.
