Everyday Mindfulness

Today, many of us are reflecting on peace. We hear about, and experience, conflicts on a regular basis. Living mindfully brings inner peace, gratitude, and self awareness. This peacefulness we foster impacts all of the people we come in contact with. Peace is a non-verbal language. When we move through life radiating peace and light we can help shift aggressive energy. During the Mindful Wellness 360 workshops we systematically explore these techniques/exercises used to live every day in a mindful way.

Participants will invite peace into their lives by exploring the practices below:

white circle breath exercise = focuses and calms the mind and body

4, 7, 8 breathing technique = stopping anxiety as it arises

9 round Tibetan Pranayama to unblock the nostrils and balance the brain hemispheres = brings peace

move, breathe, live codified technique - combining calming movement with breath releases tension in body

5 sense guided mindful meditation into the mindful walking exercise

mindful eating exercise

Trataka meditation / candle gazing - can be combined with heart cave mindful meditation

Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep - light withdrawal of the 5 senses, with only hearing still connecting to the instructor
